Shipping and Digital Delivery Policy
This store sells digital software files and support services. No physical printer or parcel is shipped.
Digital delivery
After successful payment verification, the customer receives an Order ID and access to the secure My Downloads page using the same Order ID and email address. Delivery is normally immediate or within 15 minutes.
Delivery delays
A delay may occur because payment confirmation is pending, customer details are incorrect, security review is required, the website is under maintenance or a network/service provider is unavailable. Contact support if access is not available within 30 minutes of a successful payment.
Download access
Downloads are limited to the usage shown at checkout or in the order confirmation. Customers must keep the Order ID and email private. Unauthorised sharing, resale or public distribution may result in access being suspended.
Support and remote installation
WhatsApp support is provided during the purchased support period. Remote installation is scheduled with the customer, generally within 1–2 business days, subject to support hours and mutual availability.
