Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the purchase and use of TD80 macOS driver packages and related support sold by Own Choice Enterprise.
1. Product and licence
The product is a digital driver package and installation guidance; printer hardware is not included. A purchase grants one customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal or internal business use on the number of devices stated in the selected package.
2. Compatibility
Compatibility depends on the exact TD80/TD80 UL printer variant, macOS version, Mac processor and connection method. Customers should confirm compatibility before payment. We may request screenshots or system details for troubleshooting.
3. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate name, email and phone details, protect your download link, follow the installation instructions and maintain your own system backup. You must not resell, share, copy, modify or publicly distribute the driver package.
4. Support services
WhatsApp support is limited to the period and scope shown in the purchased package. Remote installation covers one eligible Mac unless stated otherwise. During remote support, customers enter their own administrator password; our staff will never ask for OTPs, card PINs, UPI PINs or banking passwords.
5. Payments and prices
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees. Payments are processed through an authorised payment gateway. An order is confirmed only after successful payment verification.
6. Liability
We will provide reasonable assistance for the supported setup. We are not responsible for unrelated hardware faults, unsupported printer variants, third-party software changes, customer system modifications, data loss or internet/USB issues outside our control.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Jamnagar, Gujarat.
